Going from Baby "B" to my Little Man

I can't believe that in one short month my baby is going to be turning one, it makes me want to tear up just saying it- and to rush my emotions even more we are throwing a birthday party 10 days early for him to seperate it from Christmas.  He is changing so fast, his head is finally filling in with hair making him look like a little boy, he's eating normal food, he's walking here and there, his baby toys barely entertain him enough, and we barely call him Baby "B" anymore.  I have tried to make Brayson cuddle more thinking that it will make me feel like he isn't growing up so quickly if I just hold him close, sure enough he wiggles away though. The fact that he is now walking once in a while proves that I need to realize he's not that itty bitty baby anymore. I am excited though to see him rip into his first present on his birthday, smash into his birthday cake, and see all of our friends and family there to help us celebrate even if it makes me a little said that my first year as a mommy has already come and gone so quickly.

My husband is so handy (when he's not being superdad), he seriously has turned our house to a whole different look and I must say it looks good! He has redone our bedroom, baby room, staircase opening, staircase banister, poured a new back patio, landscaping, put up a privacy fence, built a pantry, built a tool shed from scratch, an arbour for a rock garden the list goes on and on. I am so thankful for a guy who works so hard for his family and does a great job at it.

Halloween

Little man looked so cute for Halloween this year, he definately was hit at the costume lineup for his age group. Ord does a little kids parade where the kids all walk around the square around the courthouse to all the local businesses. After hitting up the square we hit up the grandparents that are here in town. Then we headed home to pass out some candy to all of Brayson's little friends that stopped by!
